Dale will serve the sentences consecutively instead of concurrently, meaning the two sentences will be served one after the other rather than simultaneously. For the 2nd degree murder charge, Dale was sentenced to 31.25 to 60 years in prison. The tampering charge gave him an additional 17 months to 10 years.

Yesterday, Dale Warner was found guilty of 2nd second degree murder and tampering with evidence in the death of his wife, Dee Ann Warner. Dee was reported missing on Sunday, April 25, 2021, the day after she planned to tell Dale she wanted a divorce and to sell their various businesses. Dale Warner was charged with the open murder of his wife, Dee Ann Warner, and tampering with evidence. Dale declined a plea deal offering him 2 nd degree murder and tampering. Julie Bock, Dale’s ex-wife, was today’s first witness. Dale and Julie began dating in high school. Five years later, on December 30, 1988, they married.
