Judge Olsaver dismissed all charges against Jaron Warner in connection to the murder of his stepmother, Dee Ann Warner. Olsaver signed an order of nolle prosequi today which closes the case against Jaron Warner. The preliminary hearing scheduled for Friday, May 16, 2025, is cancelled.

Jaron Warner was arrested March 1, 2025. He was released the next day on a $125,000 bond.

Dee Ann Warner disappeared from her Tecumseh, Michigan farm on April 25, 2021. The night before, she planned to tell Dale she wanted a divorce and to sell their various businesses. Dee had a friend pick up their daughter for a sleep-over to shield her from any arguing.

The next morning, Dale claims Dee was snoring on the couch when he left for work around 6:00 AM. When Dee’s adult daughter and her family came over for their usual Sunday family breakfast, Dee couldn’t be found.

Jaron’s father, Dale Warner was charged with tampering with evidence and the murder of his wife, Dee Ann Warner in November 2023. The Honorable Anna Frushour ruled there was enough evidence to bind him over for trial.

In August 2024, Dee’s body was found sealed in an anhydrous fertilizer tank on property owned by Dale and Dee. Dale is a farmer and has a fertilizer business.

Soon after Dee’s disappearance, Dee’s four adult children, her extended family, and friends were very vocal about their beliefs there had been foul play. By all accounts, Dee’s family was her world. No one close to her believed she would have left her precious nine-year-old daughter.

For now, Jaron Warner’s name has been cleared.

Dale’s murder trial is expected to begin September 2, 2025, and last approximately six weeks.
